We’ve reserved a special group rate for our guests, and we kindly ask that you book your stay within our wedding group. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures you’re included in all of the fun and festivities we have planned!
To confirm your room:
1) Please sign into our Wedding Website from the Attend a Wedding page on DestinationWeddings.com
2) Enter Passcode: 7/25/2026
OR simply click on "Attend a Wedding" in step 1 and it will pre-populate.
3) Click on Find Wedding
4) Register your information - Name, Email Address and a Password
5) Review, select room, submit your request for your room accommodations with deposit.

This resort has a THREE (3) night minimum!
We are recommending arriving Thursday 7/23 and departing Sunday, 7/26. However, you are welcome to request Friday, 7/24 and departing Monday, 7/27 instead (dependent on resort availability).
PLEASE BOOK WITHIN THE GROUP TO MAKE WEDDING PLANNING EASIER FOR THE COUPLE!
For anyone not booked within the group, there are fees incurred by the resort to attend all wedding events.
1. PASSPORT BOOK free from any rips, stains or watermarks, is required for travel & MUST be valid 6 months past the return date of travel.
It is responsibility of the traveler to ensure you are eligible to obtain a passport. We are not responsible for any passenger being denied entry for passport issues.
2. RATES are PER ROOM based on the number of nights & guests you have entered into the search criteria.
3. DEPOSIT is $50 per person or $100 per room (whichever is greater) to secure your room. This deposit is nonrefundable.
4. Please check your invoice confirmation for final payment dates, spelling of your names and dates of travel.
5. ALL-INCLUSIVE - rates include: snacks / meals / drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), non-motorized water sports, taxes & dining gratuities. **Some specialty dining, wines & liquors, and special activities / excursions will be at an additional charge.
6. BEDDING TYPES are on request - please make your request in the Bedding Type section of your room request. However, it is NOT Guaranteed!
7. TRAVEL PROTECTION is optional but HIGHLY recommended.
*** Travel protection MUST be purchased at time of booking. If Travel Protection is declined, all monies paid toward this booking are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or if you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled.
Travel Protection, once purchased, is non-refundable.
8. CHANGES MUST be in writing. There may be a $25 charge for changes after the final payment date.
There are absolutely NO CHANGES MADE 30 days or less prior to departure.
9. SHARED TRANSFERS (6-8 passenger vans) are included in your package.
You can opt to purchase private transfers for additional cost, if desired.
10. FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline.
I suggest you look for flights / flight times on www.google.com/flights (DO NOT book your flights on Google, gather the flight information and go directly to the airline website and book direct!).
Booking direct ensures that you get the most up to date information if there are changes in flight times or flight numbers.
The airport code for the Cancun International Airport is CUN
After you submit the room request, a credit card form will appear to place deposit on the room. Please do not submit a room request until you are ready to pay your deposit.
Your room will NOT be confirmed / booked, if you do not submit credit card form. Your card will not be charged until you are confirmed into a room.
If you are checking the pricing, you can put in your dates and number of nights without moving forward filling out the reservation information.
If you are not allowed to enter the destination because of personal issues (legal / child support or any other reason) it is NOT the responsibility of the Specialist or Destination Weddings.
You will receive an invoice confirmation once your room is reserved. If there are any questions, I will notify you prior to booking your accommodations.
Please do not submit the room request more than once. Once you have submitted a room request and need to make changes, email Janet.
